Council approved declare tax lot 391E09BC 201 as surplus and direct staff to complete the disposal process.

AND, approved to direct Staff to investigate the possibilities for disposal for the already declared surplus properties located at 380 Clay Street and 900 Block of N. Mountain Avenue; specifically to help the community move forward with our housing and childcare issues.
