Jackson County and their partners are holding a Bear Creek Stewardship Day on Saturday, April 17 where volunteers can join in to help keep Bear Creek clean.
There will be eight check in points along the Bear Creek Greenway from Ashland to Central Point. Check in starts at 8:30 a.m. and the clean up is from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Volunteers are encouraged to bring their own gloves and tools although clean up gear will be available at check in booths. All volunteers will be required to wear a mask.
