Emergency Inclement Weather Shelter and Warming Center opening Sunday

An emergency inclement weather shelter and daytime warming center will be opening on Sunday January 24th through Thursday January 28th in anticipation of extreme weather conditions. The warming center will open starting at 3:00 PM each day.  The doors will be closed at 8:30 PM with lights out at 9:00 PM each night.  The shelter will be located at 48 5th Street, which is on the corner of 5th street and East Main.  This is a no frills shelter, please plan on providing your own bedding.  The Shelter will be observing Covid safety protocols as set by the CDC.  Social distancing will be observed and masks will be required and are available on site.
