Submit Written Testimony for January 19 Electronic Council Meeting
The Ashland City Council will now be accepting written and oral testimony at Business meetings. For written testimony, email public-testimony@ashland.or.us using a subject line with the meeting date.
Those who wish to give oral testimony can fill out a Speaker Request Form at ashland.or.us/speakerrequest and email the form to the City Recorder. The deadline for submitting written testimony or speaker request forms for the January 19 meeting will be on Tuesday, January 19 at 10 a.m. (due to Monday being a holiday). All Public Forum comments will comply with Council Rules; otherwise they will not be included in the Agenda or Council Minutes.
Agendas for the January 19 Business Meeting can be found at www.ashland.or.us/agendas.asp. You can watch the meetings on local channel 9 or channels 180 and 181 for Charter Communications customers. You can also stream the meeting via the internet by going to rvtv.sou.edu and selecting RVTV Prime.
