Dear Ashland Community,
As we reflect back on the many challenges of 2020, the ongoing escalation of wildfire’s impact stands out. Our hearts go out to all those affected by the Almeda Fire and all the fires in Oregon. At the Ashland Forest Resiliency Project (AFR), we’re working hard to avoid wildfire’s severe consequences. We’re celebrating 10-years of hard work in and around the places we live and the forests that feed our drinking water.
We made the AFR Story Map to share with friends and family this holiday season as a thank you for the many contributions the community has made to the Ashland Forest Resiliency Project, and to honor those who’ve put years of hard work into AFR on the behalf of Ashland citizens.
