ACCESS, Jackson County's Community Action Agency, was awarded $770,867 in funds for Energy Assistance that must be pledged by December 31, 2020. If you are in need of financial assistance, please contact Access at (541) 779-9020. There is not a requirement to be at risk of disconnection. We encourage all City of Ashland Utility account holders in need of assistance to contact Access before these funds are no longer available.
