Public Testimony for September 15 Meeting

With all the tragedy surrounding the wildfires hitting our communities, the Ashland City Council will hold a condensed business meeting on September 15 and has cancelled the September 14 Study Session. The City Administratorís report will cover the wildfires and Ashlandís current situation and the COVID-19 emergency declaration will include declaring an emergency for the wildfire.
 
You can submit testimony for the 9/15 meeting by emailing public-testimony@ashland.or.us before September 14 at 10 a.m. Be sure to include September 15 Business Meeting in the subject line. Those who would like to speak via Zoom at the meeting can fill out a Speaker Request Form at ashland.or.us/speakerrequest and email the form to the City Recorder also by September 14 at 10 a.m. 
 
The agenda for the September 15 meeting can be found at www.ashland.or.us/agendas.asp. You can watch the meetings on local channel 9 or channels 180 and 181 for Charter Communications customers. You can also stream the meeting via the internet by going to rvtv.sou.edu and selecting RVTV Prime.
