The Ashland World Music Festival (AWMF) creates cultural connection through the experience of world music, inviting people of all backgrounds to build community. AWMF is a place where people can express themselves and connect with each other through global music traditions. 2020 AWMF artists include The Nell & Jim Band, Okaidja Afroso and Son de Cuba.

This year, the 2020 festival is going virtual to keep our community near and far socially connected while physically distanced.

What to expect from a virtual Ashland World Music Festival:
  • Livestream on the RWM Facebook page
  • Watching it will be FREE
  • Artists will perform a 30-minute set, with time to answer questions submitted in real time via social media & email
  • All performing artists will be at AWMF 2021
