Council approved second reading of Ordinance 3176 relating to Public Safety.  Council amended the Ordinance to state:
"Section 1-A. It shall be unlawful for a person to knowingly fail to provide the person’s name and date of birth to a peace officer having probable cause when the peace officer is issuing the person a citation for a violation .
