AFN is Charting New Territory
Ashland, OR – On January 10, 2019, Ashland Fiber Network (AFN), through a recent bandwidth RFP, just connected to the Portland Pittock. This connection allows for customers, and partner ISPs the ability to peer directly with Tier 1 content providers such as Netflix, Google, Cogent, and many more. The new connection enhances AFN’s improved service and reliability model. Not only does this connect to the Pittock provide improvements services to customers, but also provides a new route for internet traffic. AFN now has two distinct paths for connection.
