Council approved the Mayor’s recommendations for the Annual Appointments to the various Commissions, Committees and Boards. For more information click here.

Council appointed Andrew Stallman and Stanley Smith to the Public Arts Commission.  For more information click here. 

Council appointed Erin Halcomb and Bryan Sohl to the Conservation Commission.  For more information click here. 

Council appointed Erin Crowley to the Housing and Human Services Commission.  For more information click here.

Council tabled the contract for approval for City Hall Concept/Design Service to the July 3rd Council Business Meeting. For more information click here.

Council approved the licensing agreement for GIS software maintenance with esri for a
term of three years and a cost of $75,000 ($25,000 per fiscal year). For more information click here.

Council approved the award of a contract for engineering services with Cornforth
Consultants for $97,500, to provide FERC Independent Consultant for Part 12-D Safety
Inspection and Dam Safety Report. For more information click here.

Council approved the purchase of the licensing agreement for Office 365 software
maintenance for a term of three years and a total cost of $150,412.  For more information click here.

Council adopted the recommended allocations made by the 2018-19 Economic Development, Cultural, Tourism and Sustainability Ad Hoc Committee with $150,000 being allocated for non-tourism and $79,703 being allocated to tourism, as listed in attachment. For more information click here.

Miscellaneous Fees Update
Council approved a Resolution Adopting a Miscellaneous Fees & Charges Document.For more information click here.

Resolution Levying Taxes for the Period of July 1, 2018 to and including June 30, 2018 to include June 30, 2019.

Adoption of Resolution certifying City provides sufficient municipal services to qualify for State Subventions and a Resolution declaring the City's election to receive State Revenues.

Council approved the First Reading to amend the Transient Occupancy Tax.  It was also noted that Council and the Budget Committee will be having a joint Study Session on June 18th to discuss the General Fund.  For more information click here.

Council approved of the second reading of an Ordinance Amending the Comprehensive Plan Map Designation and Zoning for the Properties Located at 475 East Nevada Street and the written findings for approval of Planning Action #2017-02129.  For more information click here.

Council approved the second reading of an Ordinance Annexing Property and Withdrawing an Annexed Area from Jackson County Fire District No. 5 and the written findings for approval of Planning Action #2018-00154. For more information click here.
