Beginning Monday morning, May 14, the alley behind the library will be open to ONE WAY traffic only. Traffic will be directed west, from Gresham Street to Union Street. This change will be in effect until 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 15.
The election ballot drop box is located on the alley behind the library and the traffic on the alley gets congested near the deadline to submit completed ballots.
