-Identify the need: cold/heat/smoke
-Identify that this need is a Climate Change issue
10:10 AM- Propose Specific Policy Options
-Review handouts with specific policy options
-Review handouts with data from prior years (level of need)
-Review matrix of potential approaches (based on other community’s examples)
10:20 AM- Elicit feedback regarding the specific policy options
11:00 AM- Discussion: What is our collective responsibility to not let people die due to Severe Climate events?
-Introduce the opportunity for long term collaborations
-Call for individuals who would like to be part of a long term collaboration.
