Mayor Stromberg called the Study Session to order at 5:30 p.m.
 
Councilors’ Slattery, Graham, Akins, Rosenthal and Jensen were present. Seffinger arrived at 5:45 PM.
 
  1. Public Input (15 minutes, maximum)
As the May 4 Study Session will be held electronically, written testimony for public input will be accepted via email to public-testimony@ashland.or.us as long as they include the subject line: May 4 Study Session Testimony and are submitted before Monday, May 4 at 10 a.m. Written testimonies submitted by the deadline will be available to the City Council before the meeting and will be included in the meetings minutes.
  1. 2020 Water Supply Update & Drought Management Plan
 
Mayor Stromberg introduced Interim Public Works Director Scott Fleury and Water Conservation Analyst Julie Smitherman.
 
Fleury gave a Staff report.
 
Items discussed were:
  • Reeder Reservoir.
  • Recharging the storage,
  • Talent Irrigation Distribution (TID).
  • Water supply.
  • TAP System.
  • Water usage.
  • The Pump Station activation.
  • Water delivery sources.
  • Water Cost.
  • Water waste.
  • Lawn replacement programs.
  • Water incentives and programs.

The Study Session was adjourned at 6:20 PM.
