CITY COUNCIL STUDY SESSION

Mayor Stromberg called the meeting to order at 5:30 PM.
Budget Committee Members: Paula Hyatt, Pamela Lucas, Garrett Furuchi, and Shane Hunter.
Council Members: Slattery, Morris, Bachman, Seffinger, Rosenthal and Jensen.
- Public Input (15 minutes, maximum)
- Master Planning, Capital Improvements and the Budget Process
City Administrator Kelly Madding gave a Staff report.
Administrative Services Director Mark Welch went over a PowerPoint (see attached).
Items discussed were:
- Master Plans.
- Water Fund.
- Wastewater Fund.
- Transportation Fund.
- Storm Drain Fund.
- Facilities Maintenance Fund.
- Electric Fund.
The Study Session was adjourned at 7:10 PM
