Review of Threshold by Susan Zoccola
The group reviewed the second concept as requested by the City Council using the criteria stated in AMC 2.29.130 and the RFQ project intent. Motion to aprove by Block-Brown, second by Reinhardt, passes unanimously.

Discussion
The PAC noted that the photographs of the Gateway Island were at least three years old and the trees at the location have grown considerably. It was suggested that new photographs be taken, provided to the artist and request that she insert her concepts of Gather and Threshold into the new images to get a better sense of scale of the piece to the surrounding trees. Seltzer will follow through.

It was also suggested that the artist address the scale of both pieces in terms of height and bulk and use the image of the holiday tree as Garrington did during her presentation to Council in January. Seltzer, Garrington and Friend will follow through.
