CALL TO ORDER
Chair Russ Chapman called the meeting to order at 7:05 p.m.

MASTER PLANNING OF LARGE UNDEVELOPED PROPERTIES
McLaughlin gave an overview of the large undeveloped parcels of land in the City including the Croman property, North Normal Street and the Railroad District.
The Commission identified several issues and directed Staff to present the information to the Commission in the form of an issue paper for the Croman property, North Normal Street and Railroad District.
ADJOURNMENT - The meeting was adjourned at 8:45 p.m.
