Utility Rates
The utility rates are approved by the City Council.
As of July 1, 2021 the Council approved a rate increase based on a cost
of service study/ city master plan and adjustments for inflation.

Conservation Division
Our Conservation Division of the Electric Utility offers a wide variety of information for both
Residential and Commercial homeowners. They may provide energy and water conservation expertise,
programs and guidance to Ashland Residents, as well as offering assistance and connections to
resources for air quality and recycling programs and activities.
