Lithia Park Group Site Rental

The following group sites in Lithia Park are available to reserve for up to four (4) hours, with the exception of the Butler Memorial Bandshell, which can be reserved for up to eight (8) hours.

The Lithia Park Butler Memorial Bandshell, located at 150 Winburn Way, has a capacity of 350 people. The area has Butler Bandshell in Lithia Park

benches and electricity, it does not feature picnic tables. The bandshell is available for rent for up to eight (8) hours. If amplifiers are used or music is played, the noise level shall be such that it is no louder than 75 db when monitored from a point directly across from the Bandshell on the park side of Granite Street. Maximum amplified time may not exceed 1.5 hours. All performances or activities must cease by 8 p.m. Reservation is required for any amplification, otherwise its on a first come, first serve basis. Selling is not allowed in any Ashland park, so no tickets or merchandise can be sold. (Is your event for the public? Learn more.)

Map and directions:

Cotton Memorial Area has a capacity of 250 people. The area features picnic tables, electricity, water, horseshoe pit and BBQ stands.

The Lawn below Upper Duck Pond has a capacity of 150 people. The area does not have picnic Upper Duck Pond Lawn

tables, but features electricity.

Madrone Area has a capacity of 75 people and has large, historic picnic tables. The site features BBQs, but no electricity.

The Sycamore Grove in Lithia Park has a capacity of 150 people and does not have picnic Photo by Derek Severson tables or electricity. Note: Reservations will not be accepted beginning in Autumn, 2020 (for up to 24 months) due to construction occurring in the neighboring Japanese Garden. The garden is being redesigned and will impact parts of the Sycamore Grove. However, you may still use the Sycamore Grove on a first come, first serve basis without a reservation.
