Lithia Park Master Plan Public Meeting at Ashland Senior Center

Public Meeting for the Lithia Park Master Plan – Thursday, April 25, 2019

Lithia Park Master Plan
In November 2017, APRC began an 18-month planning process to develop a guiding management plan for Lithia Park, Ashland’s jewel.

The Lithia Park Master Plan will guide the management of the resources, facilities and visitor experiences over the next 100 years, ensuring that Lithia Park continues to shine as Ashland’s jewel. APRC’s team of consultants, led by the Portland office of MIG, Inc., have scheduled a public meeting for Thursday, April 25, 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. The meeting will take place at the Ashland Senior Center, 1699 Homes Ave, and will give the community an opportunity to review and provide feedback on the draft master plan recommendations.

The recommendations were formed from input the APRC Lithia Park Master Plan Committee and consultant team received during Design Week in June 2018, and through an online engagement activity that was available during July 2018. View the updated draft plan

During the month of May 2019, an interactive online survey will be available at ashland.or.us/LithiaParkMasterPlan, and will serve as another opportunity to provide recommendations to the team. Comments may also be sent in by emailing ParksInfo@ashland.or.us or calling 541.488.5340. Be sure to follow the project on social media using the hashtags: #lithiaparkmasterplan, #lithiaparknext100years and #lithiapark — Facebook.com/AshlandParksandRec.
