Council approved Second Reading of an Ordinance Amending the City of Ashland Comprehensive Plan to Adopt the Housing Capacity Analysis as a Supporting Document to the Housing Element of the Comprehensive Plan; and approved the Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law document dated August 17, 2021.
