State Funds Available for Rent Relief

Oregon Housing and Community Services (OHCS) now has a COVID-19 Rent Relief program for those who have experienced a loss of income and are at risk of becoming homeless due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

For Jackson County, OHCS will be allocating money to ACCESS, Inc. who will be dispersing the money based on State requirements. Tenant income loss documentation and other materials are required to qualify for this program. If approved rent payments will be made directly to landlords on behalf of the tenant.
