As the snow is coming down, the Public Works Department would like to remind everyone how they deal with the snow on the roads. The priority is the route to the hospital followed by the busiest arterial roads then the collector streets and eventually to the residential areas.

There are four plow trucks which are currently clearing the snow and will continue to until the snow stops and the roads are clear. Occasionally, the plow trucks will get pulled away from the route to help with traffic incidents.
We ask you to please be patient and enjoy the snow!
