On Thursday, September 12th at12:00 PM, Ashland Water Department, in conjunction with Ashland Fire and Rescue will be conducting Fire Hydrant Flow Tests near 166 N Laurel St. Occasionally, after these types of tests you might experience a light discoloration in your water. This discoloration is harmless and will usually go away after running your faucet for a few minutes.
