For customer convenience and operational efficiency, the City of Ashland and its Downtown Parking Management partner, Diamond Parking, have developed an online platform to accept credit card payment for parking tickets and an online form to submit parking ticket appeals to the Municipal Court.
Parking Ticket Online Payment Portal
Requires the ticket citation number and the vehicle license plate along with credit card information to process the payment. Ticket payments are also still accepted via check or cash at City Hall and the Ashland Police Department (not accepted at Ashland Municipal Court).
Parking Ticket Appeals
The parking citation number and the vehicle license plate along with the reasoning for the appeal are required elements of the online form. All appeals must be submitted within ten days of the date of the ticket to be considered.
