CEAP
Assistant to the City Administrator Adam Hanks and Climate and Energy Analyst Stu Green presented the Council with a recommendation of a Climate and Energy Action Plan (CEAP) ad-hoc Committee. For more information click here. 

Consent
Council approved appointment of Jackie Bachman to the Housing and Human Services Commission.  For more information click here. 

Council approved a liquor license for ABC Kitchen Catering. For more information click here. 

Council approved adoption of a Jackson County Deadly Force Plan.  For more information click here.

Veto of an Ordinance related to vehicles for hire.  City attorney David Lohman read Mayor Stromberg's veto into the record.  Council moved to approve the Ordinance with a 4-2 vote.  For more information click here. 

Assistant to the City Administrator Adam Hanks and Electric Utility Director Tom McBartlett gave Council a report on the 10 by 20 progress and findings.  Council directed Staff to come back with more information on this issue at a future Study Session.  For more information click here.
