Fire Safety Reminder - Camping and Campfires are Banned in the Ashland Watershed

Now that controlled burn season has ended, the U.S. Forest Service- Rogue River-Siskiyou National Forest and the City of Ashland would like to remind people that camping and using campfires or stove fires are prohibited year-round in the Ashland Watershed to protect the resources and the municipal water supply. Details on the closure order can be found on the Forest's website.

Thank you from all of us at the Ashland Forest Resiliency Stewardship Project for your patience and incredible support as we worked this spring to reduce fire risk.

If you see smoke, please dial 911 to report it.
