Parental Kidnapping

The Ashland Police Department is investigating a complaint of parental kidnapping. This incident was reported to the police department on Wednesday July 5, 2017 at approximately 6:00a.m. The incident occurred in the 1000 block of S. Mountain in the city of Ashland. Shelley Sue Dahlstrom, aged 43 and pictured below, is wanted for custodial interference, burglary 1st degree and contempt of court. The Ashland Police Department is asking for the publicís help in locating Dahlstrom and her 21-month old daughter.  Dahlstrom is believed to be driving a maroon 1997 Ford Explorer, pictured below. If anyone has any information on her whereabouts, or sees the below described vehicle, please call dispatch at 541-770-4784.
