The April 28 Planning Commission Special Meeting will be held electronically.
Written testimony is encouraged and will be accepted via email sent to planning@ashland.or.us . Written testimony must be submitted before Tuesday, April 28 at 10 a.m. Written testimony submitted by the deadline will be available to the Planning Commission before the meeting and will be included in the meetings minutes. Failure to raise an issue in writing or in person prior to the close of the public hearing with sufficient specificity to provide the reviewing bodies opportunity to respond to the issue may preclude your opportunity for appeal on that issue.
Oral testimony will be taken during the electronic public hearing. If you wish to provide oral testimony during the electronic meeting, please email PC-public-testimony@ashland.or.us or contact Dana Smith at (541) 552-2072 by April 28 at 3:00 p.m. In order to provide testimony at the public hearing, please provide the following information: 1) make the subject line of the email “4/28/2020 Public Hearing Speaking Request”, or if calling by telephone clearly state this in your voicemail message, 2) state your name, 3) the agenda item on which you wish to speak on, 4) specify if you will be participating by computer or telephone, and 5) the name you will use if participating by computer or the telephone number you will use if participating by telephone.
