Ashland's Forest Lands Commission will be leading a hike for the public on the City's new Wonder Trail on April 18th, 2020 from 10:00am to 12:00pm.
This hike will showcase Wonder Trail, the recent addition to Ashland's trail network and will provide an opportunity to observe the response of forest plants and wildflowers to fire and fuels management completed over the past 15 years.
The hike will be approximately 2 miles total with moderate elevation gain and will last 2 hours.
Meeting place is the parking area above the Granite Street swimming reservoir just above the intersection of Granite and Glenview Streets. Wear sturdy hiking shoes and be prepared for the forecasted weather conditions that day.
