| Synopsis: |
The Planning Commission approved the above referenced
Planning Action at their regular meeting of August 13, 2002. After the adoption
of findings, the action was appealed by in a timely manner by four residents
of the adjacent Ashley Senior Apartmnents. |
| Recommendation: |
Staff recommends that the Council approve the request,
upholding the decision of the Planning Commission. |
| Background: |
The attached packet contains the complete record
of the project, include the appellant's letter to the council (pages 1-31),
the minutes of the Planning Commission
meeting (pages 40-45), and the Staff Report (pages 54-64 and
147-157). |
