RE: Appointment to Tree Commission

This is to request confirmation of my appointment of Jonathan Uto to the Tree Commission for a term to expire April 30, 2004.

The vacancy was created by the recent resignation of Greg Covey.

Attached is Jonathan Uto's letter of interest received in response to the vacancy. The vacant position was advertised in the Ashland Daily Tidings (copy attached), was posted on the city's website, and also on the noticeboard in City Hall.
