MEMORANDUM

FROM: Mayor Alan DeBoer

RE: Appointments to Bicycle & Pedestrian Commission

I would like to confirm the appointment of Jack Catron for a term to expire April 30, 2004 on the Bicycle & Pedestrian Commission. This will replace Joanie McGowan who was appointed at the City Council Meeting on September 3, 2002 but is unable to serve.

As we have recently advertised this position, and have applications from previous vacancies, it was considered unnecessary to readvertise the vacancy.
