Flexible Benefit Plan

City employees have the option to enroll in the ASI Flex Flexible Benefit Plan for:

  • the Premium Only Plan,
  • Section 125 Healthcare Flexible Spending Account and/or
  • Section 129 Dependent Care Assistance Plan.

By taking advantage of this benefit, employees have the opportunity to lower their taxable salaries by participating in pre-tax deductions.
