Statement:
At the May 17, 2005 meeting the Council denied the application for a Site Review approval to add three Off-street parking spaces (revised to include only two) on the east side of the building adjacent to Rogue Place, to relocate the refuse/recycle area, and to expand the outdoor patio area of the residence on the north side of the building of the property at 394 E. Hersey Street, along with an administrative variance to the Site Design and Use Standards to locate the off-street parking between the building and Rogue Place. Attached are the findings supporting that decision for adoption by the City Council.

The attached proposed findings supporting the Council's decision to deny the Planning Action were written by staff to reflect the Council's decision and reasoning.
