RE: Appointment to Forest Lands Commission

June 7, 2005 Council Meeting

This will confirm my reappointment of JoAnne Eggers to the Forest Lands Commission for a term to expire April 30, 2008. Ms. Eggers serves on the Forest Lands Commission as a Parks Commission member.

This will also confirm my appointment of Joseph Vailes to the Forest Lands Commission for a term to expire April 30, 2007. The vacancy was created with the recent resignation of Stephen Jensen.

A copy of Joseph Vailes' application is attached.

The vacancies on the Forest Lands Commission and other vacancies for terms that expired April 30, 2005 were advertised in the Ashland Daily Tidings, and posted on the City's web site and on the notice board at City Hall.
