RE: Appointment to Ashland Fiber Network Programming Committee

May 3, 2005 Council Meeting

Confirmation is requested of my appointment of Mark Butterfield to the Ashland Fiber Network Programming Committee for a term to expire April 30, 2006.

There were two vacancies after two members whose terms expired April 30, 2005 did not wish to be reappointed. One of the vacancies was filled at the council meeting of April 19, 2005 leaving one remaining vacancy.

An advertisement for the open position appeared in the Ashland Daily Tidings, and was also advertised on the City's Web site and posted on the notice board in City Hall.
