A RESOLUTION SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING FOR ASSESSMENTS
TO BE CHARGED AGAINST LOTS WITHIN THE TOLMAN CREEK
ROAD IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 84

THE CITY OF ASHLAND RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. The City Council having received proposed assessments to be charged against each lot within the Tolman Creek Road Local Improvement District; orders that a public hearing be held to consider written or oral arguments to these assessments at 7:00 p.m., May 17, 2005 in the City of Ashland, City Council Chambers at 1175 East Main Street. The City recorder is directed to mail the attached notices of the proposed assessments to the owners of the lots to be assessed.
