AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF PLACER RUN

THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1.  The portion of right-of-way along the northerly section of Placer Run as more particularly described on the attached Exhibit A is vacated.

The foregoing ordinance was first read on the ____ day of ______, 2005, and duly PASSED and ADOPTED this ____ day of _______, 2005.

EXHIBIT A

VACATION OF A PORTION OF PLACER RUN

Commencing at the southeast corner of Parcel No, 2 of that Land Partition filed as Partition Plat No. P-41-1996 of the records of Jackson County Oregon; thence North 89°56'21" West along the north right of way line of said Placer Fun, 81.08 feet to the True Point of Beginning; thence continuing along said North right of way line along the arc of a 40.00 foot radius curve concave to the Southwest, the chord of which bears North 89°56'21" West 51.18 feet, a distance of 55.53 feet; thence leaving said right of way line, South 89°56'21" East, 51.18 feet to the point of beginning.
