Welcome to the website of the Ashland Fire and Rescue Department. On these pages you will find personnel, statistical, and departmental information designed to enhance your understanding of the operations of our organization. We have also included information related to safety in the home and your workplace. There are also links to documents, forms and other programs you may find helpful. You will also be able to view a list of Frequently Asked Questions that may help answer some of the questions you might have. Of course, if you don't find an answer to your question, we welcome your inquiry and will respond to it promptly. Finally, we have included some interesting information about the history of the Ashland Fire & Rescue Department and photos and short videos to add to your experience.

We are a full-service Fire Department staffed 24 hours a day 365 days a year with professionally trained firefighter-paramedics on fire engines and ambulances. Our services include emergency medical response, fire suppression, technical rescue, hazardous materials response, fire inspection and investigation, fire prevention services, forest and watershed management, and community education. If you are interested in joining our outstanding CERT program or completing the CPR, Fall Prevention or other trainings we offer you will find information on these pages to assist you.
