Synopsis:	Annual approval of renewals on liquor licenses as requested by Oregon Liquor Control Commission.
Recommendation:	Endorse the renewal applications with the following recommendation: "The city has determined that the location of this business complies with the city's land use requirements and that the applicant has a business license and has registered as a restaurant, if applicable. The city council recommends that the OLCC now proceed in the matter."
Fiscal Impact:	Required fee of $35 will be collected at time of renewal.
Background:	There are approximately 90 applications that will need to be renewed between June and September 2002.  Each requires an approval signature along with a $35.00 renewal fee.  Each application will have been reviewed to prove that they meet the city ordinance requirements for business licenses, registered as a restaurant, and filed for city's food and beverage tax, if applicable.
