Synopsis:	This is the Third Quarter Report. It covers the period Jan 1 to March 31, 2002.
Recommendation:	This report is for informational purposes only and no council action is requried.
Fiscal Impact:	There is no fiscal impact.
Background:	As part of the work done by the AFN Advisory Committee last year, a quarterly report format was developed. This first report was completed in November. This is the third report and covers the period of Jan 1 to March 31, 2002. AFN continues to meet it's connection targets and is on track to exceed the year end goals envisioned by the revised AFN business plan.
