Statement: At the December 7, 2004 meeting, the Council approved the Conditional Use Permit request by Robert Saladoff to construct a single family home which exceeded the Maximum Permitted Floor Area (MPFA) at 150 Church Street. Attached are the findings supporting that decision, for adoption by the City Council.

Background: The conditional use permit was originally approved by the Planning Commission Hearings Board in October, 2004, and appealed in a timely manner to the City Council. The City Council held a public hearing and approved the request on December 7, 2004.
