3. Request to Jackson County to Enter into An Agreement to Allow the City of Ashland to Manage Measure 37 Claims within the Ashland Urban Growth Boundary.

3. Reading by title only of "A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Ashland, Oregon, Readopting an Equal Employment Opportunity Policy and Affirmative Action Program for the City of Ashland and Repealing Resolution No. 1993-17."
