On June 15, 2004, the City Council ultimately approved the
above referenced planning action after holding several public hearings on
the matter. The findings for the approval were prepared by the applicant's
representatives and reviewed and edited by the City Attorney and Director
of Community Development. The findings document was made available to the
Council members and parties approximately eight days prior to the Council
meeting |

Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the findings
as presented. |
