RESOLUTION NO. 2004-____

A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING APPROPRIATIONS WITHIN THE 2003-2004 BUDGET

THE CITY OF ASHLAND RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Because of the circumstances stated below, the Mayor and City Council of the City of Ashland determine that it is necessary to transfer appropriations as follows:

Community Development Block Grant Fund

To:	Materials and Services		$200,000
From:	Capital Outlay		$200,000

This transfer provides added appropriations for the pass through expenditure of grant funds for property that will be owned and used by the Ashland Community Land Trust for affordable housing.

SECTION 2. This resolution takes effect upon signing by the Mayor.
