| Synopsis: |
The fiscal year 2004-2005 budget includes revenue and
disbursements of funds form the State. In order to receive and disburse monies
the City Council must elect to receive State revenue. |
| Recommendation: |
Staff recommends approval of the attached resolution. |
| Fiscal Impact: |
Enables the City to receive and disburse State monies like
gas and cigarette tax revenue. |
| Background: |
Council annually adopts a resolution electing to receive an apportionment
of the Oregon Department of Administrative Services General Fund revenues
derived from tax imposed on the sale of liquor as part of State Revenue Sharing. |
