MEMORANDUM

RE: Appointment/Reappointments to Hospital Board

June 1, 2004 City Council Meeting

Please confirm the reappointments David Bernard and Marilyn Hanna, and appointment of Diane C. Williams, M.D. to the Hospital Board for terms to expire June 30, 2008.

Hospital Bylaws state that directors who have served on the Board for two full continuous terms are not eligible for appointment to a subsequent term, thus Jean Keevil, M.D., who has served on the Hospital Board for two full four-year terms, will not be reappointed for a further term.
