A RESOLUTION DEDICATING PROPERTY FOR OPEN SPACE PARK PURPOSES PURSUANT TO ARTICLE XIXA, SECTION 2, OF THE CITY CHARTER (ZALLER AND GEDDES PROPETY LOCATED AT 755 OAK STREET)

THE CITY OF ASHLAND RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. The below described property is dedicated for open space park purposes pursuant to Article XIXA, Section 2, of the Ashland City Charter:

Parcel No. 3 of Partition Plat recorded March 16, 2004, as Partition Plat No. P-11-2004 of "Record of Partition Plats" in Jackson County, Oregon, and filed as Survey No. 18168 in the Office of the County Surveyor.

SECTION 2. This resolution takes effect upon signing by the Mayor.
