AN ORDINANCE CREATING NEW SECTIONS 15.28.150 AND 15.28.160 OF THE ASHLAND MUNICIPAL CODE TO PROVIDE FEES FOR THE UNIFORM FIRE CODE PLAN REVIEW AND INSPECTIONS BE SET BY RESOLUTION

THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. A New section 15.28.150 of the Ashland Municipal Code is established to read:

000	SECTION 15.28.150. Plan Review / Permits - Fees. For application in this city, Uniform Fire Code plan review fees shall be established by resolution of the city council.

SECTION 2. A New section 15.28.160 of the Ashland Municipal Code is established to read:

000	SECTION 15.28.160. Code Compliance Inspection - Fees. The fee schedule for fire code compliance inspections shall be established by resolution of the city council.

The foregoing ordinance was first read by title only in accordance with Article X, Section 2(C) of the City Charter on the 16th day of March, 2004, and duly PASSED and ADOPTED this ___ day of __________________, 2004.
